My mom’s house was built late last year, and I accidentally selected an incorrect address when filling out the delivery info. I received a call from I think Jim, during the delivery attempt because the folks at the selected address did not recognize the name. Jim was able to get them to the right house and I’m so grateful he called me to sort it out. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!
