Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I found out late Thursday that a dear friend had a loss in her family. I called right away to see if I could get some flowers sent to her ASAP. They were so helpful and accommodating and were able to deliver some beautiful flowers to her on Friday. She said they made her day! I really appreciate the wonderful service and highly recommend them.
